Hello

I'm Charlotte, Founder of CMB Coaching.

 

As I coach Young People too, I feel it's important for you to know that I have been coaching for some 14 years as well as having a background in Education both in the UK and Tanzania.

​

Whilst I currently live in London, UK, I work with clients across the globe.

​

I'm accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with a Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) and through Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) I'm a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) .

I hold an Enhanced DBS check and I'm Safeguarding trained.

Teen Empowerment Programme

For happier teens to feel more themselves

Minimum 3 month commitment as this gives the basics, allows time to build a trusting relationship where the teen feels comfortable to do the deeper work and open up, and sets them on a positive path of personal development.

To really embed all their learning, give them the opportunity to test it out IRL in all manner of different situations, progressing into the full 6 month programme I've found really offers these young people the opportunity to take real ownership of how they show up and where they can be in control of their lives, now and in the future too.

  • Self-Assessment and goal/intention setting

  • Self-discovery and personal values exploration

  • Building self-confidence and cultivating a positive self-image

  • Developing effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Goal setting and action planning for personal / academic growth

The Teen ALWAYS has control to set the focus for the session, these are some common ones:

  • Building confidence and self-esteem

  • Managing stress, anxiety, and emotional well-being

  • Navigating friendships and building healthy relationships

  • Processing 'negative' family experiences in a safe environment

  • Alleviating exam pressures and planning for exams

  • Parent-teen communication and support

  • Cultivating resilience and problem-solving abilities

  • Learn to identify, process, communicate, express and regulate emotions

  • Exploring future career paths and uni preparation

  • Effectively managing transition periods from one setting to another

Over the course of 12 sessions these are some of the things we'll cover:

Coaching Programmes

for Teens and Tweens include:

  • 12 x 45 min coaching sessions

  • 1 x 30 min mid-way parent check-in

  • 1 x 30 min parental completion session

        (or check-in when continuing beyond 3 months)

  • Unlimited access to coaching resources

  • Weekly What'sApp check-ins for parents

Practicalities

Signing Up Process: 1. Book your complementary parent consultation. 2. Attend on google meet. 3. Book the complementary consultation for your teen/tween. 4. Click the button 'Teen 16 -19' (whichever is relevant to you) to purchase the programme. Takes you through to paperbell which will display all my services. 5. Simply select the 'Teen Coaching' programme that's applicable by clicking 'Learn More'. 3. You'll see similar info to here, where you can them click 'Book Now'. 4. Enter your email address you wish to use for your log-in for the duration of the programme. 5. Click 'Continue' to complete your additional info. 6. Once complete you'll be redirected to Stripe to make the initial or full payment - whichever you choose. 7. Congratulations you'll have just invested in your child's wellbeing. Welcome to CMB Coaching! 8. If you've opted for monthly instalments these will automatically be charged monthly on the same date. 9. Now check your emails, even junk incase I've landed in there, look for info@cmbcoaching.co.uk

Pre and During Programme: Your child will be given their own Paperbell Log-in. In their account will be everything they might need for the entirity of the programme. Eg. session links and coaching resources. Here they can access the schedule and view any videos or documents that are available to them at this time. There are two places to look if you're searching for info or links; your emails, or your paperbell account. If you can't for whatever reason find how to access your paperbell account simply come to this website www.cmbcoaching.co.uk and click 'Client Log-in' on the menu bar, there you'll find a button to take you to exactly where you need to be! On the day of a coaching session an email will be sent with a link to the session. Your child should join each session with a drink to hand, something to write notes on - if needed, and limit the distractions around them, this is a safe and confidential space for them to discuss freely. You collectively decide where they will be for the coaching and safeguard accordingly. Sessions are at the same time and day each week.

Wellbeing Support for Students at University

10 Weeks of coaching support for University Students New and Old!

Wondering how to best support your child whilst they're at university

and wanting their independence?

Gaining a University place is both exciting and daunting for many students. It's often a huge transitional period as they move from a structured school and home life to far less structure and accountability. On top of that, everything is new and that's a lot to navigate when you're away from all your usual support structures.

A new academic year can bring on strong feelings of anxiety about everything from academics to social life and managing finances too.

 

Personal coaching sessions offer your child the opportunity to consciously create the university experience they truly desire - not the one they think they're 'supposed to have'. 


Supported from as early as 2 weeks before they 'fly the nest' or head back to a new year of uni, safe in their known environment as they begin preparations for moving to university right through to the end of the first term they have the opportunity to access weekly coaching sessions where they get to focus on themselves, discover, explore and process everything that's going on without feeling like they need to moderate their experience for friends and parents alike. 

'Uni Freshers & Beyond' gifts your child the chance to design their new life aligned with who they are, not who they think they should be or who anyone else tells them they should be. They navigate this first step of adult life with full support.
