Hello

I’m Charlotte — a certified coach, former teacher, and founder of CMB Coaching.

For over 14 years, I’ve supported young people through life’s messy, meaningful transitions, from classroom struggles and friendship shifts to exam pressure, identity questions, and early adulthood decisions.

My background spans education in both the UK and East Africa, and I now work with clients across the globe from my base in London. I bring cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, and a calm, grounded presence to every space I hold.

I’m DBS checked, safeguarding and mental health safeguarding trained, and certified through the International Coaching Federation (PCC) and the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC). I also hold a counselling qualification to deepen the way I support emotional development and resilience.

Teen coaching isn’t about fixing problems. It’s about helping young people understand themselves better, build confidence, and develop lifelong tools to navigate their emotions, relationships and future with courage and clarity.

Neurodivergent teens welcome!

I regularly work with tweens and teens who are neurodivergent — including ADHD (& ADD), autism (ASD), and other additional needs. My early career was rooted in inclusive education, with a formal qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning focused on children with additional needs. While I’m not a qualified ADHD or ASD coach, I understand the importance of adapting coaching approaches to meet each young person where they are. I ask about neurodivergence on my intake forms because it matters, and because it helps me assess if I’m the right person to support your child. Coaching works best when it’s a good fit, so this will always be a conversation between us, your teen, and you as their parent or caregiver.

I’ve coached teens as far east as Taiwan and as far west as the U.S., each with their own story, challenges, and spark.

Coaching young people across time zones and cultures has deepened my belief that, no matter where they are in the world, every young person needs and benefits from a judgement-free space to feel seen, understood, and confident in who they are becoming.

That's what I offer through all my coaching.

That’s what coaching is here to support.

Support for Parents

No judgement, no scripts.

Just space to reflect, reconnect, and grow into the parent you want to be.

Parenting a teenager is a whole new chapter, and it doesn’t come with a map. Whether it’s your first teen or your third, this is the first time you’ve parented this young person, at this stage of your life. And that can bring up more than just questions about how to support them, it can stir up big emotions in you, too.

You might feel unsure, unseen, or even rejected.

Maybe your teen reminds you of yourself… or maybe they’re nothing like you.

Either way, it’s easy to feel like you’re getting it wrong, or like the old ways of parenting just don’t fit anymore.

And yet, there’s no guide for how to parent in a way that feels right for now.

This is where coaching can help.

Not to tell you what to do, but to offer a space to pause, reflect, and move forward with curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to parent from an intentional heart.

Together, we can explore:

  • What emotions and patterns are being stirred up for you

  • Where you might be reacting, rescuing, or withdrawing

  • What values really matter to you in your parenting

  • How to connect with your teen (and yourself) with more openness and ease
